Please review the attached safety sheet and release of liability waiver form. Each participant will be asked to sign it. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.

•Waivers must be read, initialed, and signed before taking control of any equipment.
•Proof of ID required for all rentals. You may be asked to pay a deposit without proof of address.  
•Damages or loss of equipment while in your care shall be charged at full replacement value.
•There is a zero drug and alcohol policy for anyone using our equipment.  
•Only 1 occupant per single kayak.  
•All paddlers must be over the age of 12 to operate an adult kayak. Youth kayaks are available for childre aged 4+ 40-100 pounds.
•All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by, or within the direct supervision of, a responsible adult.
•Cash or etransfer only. Sorry, no debit/credit.
